Whew, finally. No connection at work today; I've done a little end-run so I could get in here.

First of all - THANK YOU all SO much for the support, hugs and giggles. It's very calming to laugh about teeth in boots, it really is. I just really hate being here, and that attitude doesn't help. It does spur me to keep looking for a new job, though!

I am very sad about Hume Cronyn; for some reason I had no idea that he was married to Susan Cooper (of The Dark is Rising fame).

Jessica Tandy died in 1994; Susan & Hume married in 1996. She worked with them on screenplays for years, I guess.

Well I just get all the sad news from you, don't I? First Gregory and now Hume. Sad sad sad. Interesting about the Susan Cooper thing, I know how much you like her. But for me it can only be Hume and Jessica. There was no one else for him, IMO.

It's Hume and Jessica for me, too. I like Susan, but it's not the same.
