A new way to spam?
Jun. 4th, 2003 04:28 pmHuh. Apparently someone who knows me "well" has left a report on me at something called Word-of-Mouth.org. Looking at the site (which is difficult because it's so god-awful ugly), all I can figure is that to get the report I have to give them money. Seems useless, or a good way go harvest email addresses. Anyone with more web-savvy than I see anything dangerous?

Date: 2003-06-04 04:40 pm (UTC)The thing that pisses me off is that if someone wants to register, pay their 20 bucks, that they contact the person who set up the report about you and they tell people all about you. Kinda sick if you ask me.
I see it as slander.
