Well I live in New Orleans until I move back to Portland, and let me just say I'm against war. Whee. I'm also against renaming things stupid things, and the whole renaming the french quarter is so not as big as that thing makes it sound. :)

I just thought it was a very funny little satire on the utterly ridiculous "freedom fries" nonsense. It really is stunning to me how many people don't get sarcasm, but I'm a snarky person.

So how did you get to New Orleans from Portland, and when and why are you coming home? I'm a Portland native, but my babe is from New Orleans originally and so we visit every few years and just love it.

oooh I meant to be sarcastic too. I Mean I am against war and all... oh nevermind, typing is hard. :) I left Portland to go to school in New Orleans at Tulane... I'm about done with my degree and have a job set up at home, so I'm heading back there. :)

Thanks. :) I feel really fortunate about the whole job thing 'cause I know how terrible the economy is there right now. We won't get started with my opinions on that! ;)
