I read...god, this is embarassing!...less than 20 books last year.

I can add a short-story collection by Louisa May Alcott and the first two Harry Potter re-reads to that list, but I think that's it. There are people on my flist who have already read 5+ books, and it's only 10 days into 2006!

Let's see if I can do any better this year.

Not counting children's books (I read aloud to Laurel about 30 minutes a day), I've only read a few chapters in one book (Lord Foul's Bane) and a bunch of magazines so far this year.
