Wow. I got another notice from the City HR Department, apparently of the 400+ who started out for this BoEC training, only THIRTY-FIVE people got interviews. Glad I didn't know those odds before!

In less pleasant news, I have another, worse, round of the nasties. Head, chest, slight fever yesterday. Eww.

What is it with gay men and Steel Magnolias?? If you're already depressed, why watch something that will depress you more? I understand a good cry movie, but it's supposed to leave you happier at the end. If I needed a good cry, I certainly wouldn't watch, say, Family Man, which is my personal saddest movie ever.
