This is the sort of image I really needed to see to get the idea of the damage caused by the tsunami. Sometimes I need really concrete before-and-after pictures, and this guy has put them together.

That is really amazing, thanks for the link. I can hardly wrap my mind around it most of the time. "Tsunami" is just so crazy, it's like "Godzilla" it doesn't seem real.

It doesn't to me either - even the video (which I haven't seen much of) doesn't really give me the impression of the total devastation these pictures do.
