rensarockstar, would you mind passing some of that vaseline over here??
$300+ for new front brakes and rotors, which I didn't really want to spend, thank you very fucking much. Plus the possible $300 to replace the wheel bearings. That leaves about squat in the savings we've been living on.
On the upside, AppleOne called at 10.30 and told me that Banfield is working on an offer. Of course, there wasn't one by 5.00 - how long can it take to write an offer??? But the phone never stopped ringing...they seem to be able to smell that there's an offer in the air, and suddenly I'm desirable as hell (CJ says I always have been). Both CRESA 911 and Nike called me to schedule interviews today. You bet I scheduled them, I'm not saying no to anyone based on "the offer is coming."
Actually, if the offer is good, I'll still interview for PPS and HAP. I'd have to turn CRESA down just because I don't think it's fair to CJ to go on to shift work.
