sageandseaEvery time I start to update, I either sit here thinking "nothing is all that interesting" or I get interrupted. Hell, everytime I try to READ here I get interrupted.
I have the nasty death bug that everyone else has had. It did not snow yesterday on the valley floor. Halloween was fun; we frightened children, Brandy took Shannon trick-or-treating (she had NEVER been!!), we ate too much turkey, I did a little New Year ritual and let everyone still there make their wishes for the new year.
We had a great First Day, full of fun and shopping and movies and talk. Texas Chainsaw Massacre, I must say, was gruesome if not terribly scary (I have a different fear factor than many people ~ if you want to scare me, take me to "end of the world" movies or alien movies.) There were a few funny bits, though, so that was good.
