This self-employment thing might work out, a little anyway! I have a bi-monthly house cleaning gig - it's friends, but it's still a gig. I got a HUGE organizing thing going for my second cousin - she has some environmental illness and has let her house go a while, and we're completely redoing it while she's in LA. Our Motto: Ten days, two designers, no budget. We probably won't get paid much for this one 'cause it's family and low income at that, but it's good practice/word of mouth. And finally, my posting on craigslist got me a phone call to spend a few hours teaching a woman Excel next week.

Had looooong late night coffee with Skye, Kels, CJ & Carolyn; good but must remember that Tik Tok has greasy greasy fries and NOT to eat them late at night, or pay the consequences.

That is incredibly cool that it is working out for you! My sister does some house cleaning for some other people and she likes it. It isn't full time work, but still something she can do to bring him some money while the kids are at school. Congrats!
