What I did on my summer vacation

sageandseaI've looked for work, I've spent time with my friends and my babe, I've been to the county fair and the country fair. I learned that 3-month-old babies are probably too young to camp. I've learned that ravers and logging trucks shouldn't camp either. I've learned that you should make sure the water covers the jets in the jetted tub before you turn them on. I've learned that I love my CJ more than ever, even after 13 years together.
It's been a really busy week or two for a girl who isn't working. Last night was hopefully the first of many Cheesy Movie Nights. We watched Earth Girls are Easy, and then it turned into a John Hughes evening - Sixteen Candles and Some Kind of Wonderful. Now we have many ideas for future nights, 3 movies at a time. Bad musical night, vampire night, Tim Burton night, there are so many options! I hope this lasts all winter.
What I haven't been doing is keeping up with LJ as much as I want to - I miss you guys! What happened to not_hothead?
